Xbox maniacs have been long demanding the company to add a feature in the device which allows the game gifting to your friends. It looks like the desire of the Xbox players will come true as the corporate vice president of Xbox, Mike Ybarra has hinted that Microsoft is working on the execution of game gifting feature in its flagship Xbox Live.
Earlier, a user asked Ybarra on Twitter, that how long the Xbox players have to wait for gifting a purchased game to a friend and the official replied with only two intriguing words, “not far!” it indicates that Microsoft is industrious nowadays to bring the most-awaited and desired feature into reality.
It is quite a fact that neither Xbox One nor the PlayStation 4 has the gifting feature but other PC players have been offering to gift interactive games through Stream from many past years. But worry no more, the giant company seems to bestow you with the exciting gifting feature in the future soon.
It was just an indication by Ybarra and everyone is going nuts over it, well, there is too much to know about the expected creation by Microsoft. However, we can imagine having interesting options like sending the purchased gift simultaneously or storing the game in the cart in order to send it later to your dear friend.
We have a precise amount of information as Microsoft has not disclosed any plans regarding the expected feature in the Xbox Live, officially. But, there is a hope for the Xbox fans as Gamescom coming up in the next month may reveal more about the game gifting service, also, Ybarra’s quirky reply is another hint. Otherwise, we can merely guess about the disclosure of the new feature by the end of the year. Till then, keep updated!
