Apple unveiled a new beta 9 update for its forthcoming operating system, iOS 11 on the same day it sent invitations for its upcoming event of the reveal of its flagship, iPhone 8.
It is a great opportunity for developers as the update is available for all registered developers. If you are a developer and want to get and test the new update of iOS 11, just simply follow these instructions: Go to the Apple’s Develop Center > Settings > General > Software Update on your authorized iOS device.
Unfortunately, for some crucial reasons, the Apple Beta Software Program does not allow common users to test the new beta 9 update of iOS 11. Although, the previous update was made available for public testers just after a day of its release, so those in the Apple Beta Software Program can expect the same or maybe not.
As iOS 11 is concerned, it is the upcoming chief version of Apple’s operating system boasting many revamped features including a personalized Control Center, an app dock for the iPad, a Files app, Do Not Disturb While Driving (personally, my favorite feature), and there are several other robust peculiarities of the upcoming OS in the list.
According to some rumors, the latest iOS version will likely release with the revealing of the flagship iPhone 8 at the press event on September 20th.
