Amazon music

It has been quite some time since different music apps have been available on Android. So, finally, Amazon Music is also coming to Android TV, as users have spotted the TV version of the app appearing in the Google Play Store. It is not available just yet, but there is an option to pre-register. Spotify’s Android TV app cam in May 2016, and Tidal music streaming made the leap to Android TV back in December 2017.

Amazon Music provides access to over two million songs. However, you can upgrade your account to Amazon Music Unlimited, which gives you access to over 50 million songs on-demand. you also get the options for high-quality audio.

There’s nothing official from the company as to when the app will become available, but you can reserve it in the Play Store to be among the first few of customers.

The user interface for this TV app is quite clean and stripped down, as reported by The Verge. However, what is it going to look like in actual will only be clear when they roll out the app. We hope that Amazon lives up to its reputation and doesn’t shatter our expectations (by being as good a TV app as we are hoping it to be).
