Next Month, Samsung will conduct its Unpacked event where the company is expected to show a fully operational version of a foldable phone, along with the next Samsung Galaxy S10 lineup. Prolific phone leaker Evan Blass posted an image that shows off three versions of the phone, the S10E, the S10, and the S10+.
The S10 is said to have a measurement of 5.8-inches with the Plus stepping up to 6.4-inches, curved OLED screen, while the S10 plus have a double-hole punch up front, the rear cameras have different multiple-lens alignment and count than the quad-camera Galaxy A9 that Samsung released last year. It also might come with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Apart from the front picture that flashed a hole punch-style camera, other leaks have suggested that a new Bright Night mode will come for its camera which could give competition to Google’s Night Sight on Pixel devices. The company is also rumored to have been involved in discussions with Verizon to bring a 5G version of the phone to the US.
Moreover, Blass points out that the above image shows the Samsung Galaxy S10 lineup in clear cases with the S10E on the left, the S10 in the middle, and the S10+ on the right. The S10E equipped with two cameras on the back, whereas the regular Galaxy S10 and S10 plus models have a triple rear camera set up along with the same LED flash and heart-rate sensor modules. The S10+ also appears to have a pair of front-facing cameras with a larger hole-punch.
All eyes are now on this year’s lineup as the company faced a drastic slow sales for the S9 and a decrease in profitsin the final quarter of 2018. As per the predicted changes and features, it seems like Samsung wants to lure consumers back in 2019.
