According to a press release, Apple gives new energy to the iPad series. iPad mini is finally updated by the company and new iPad air is introduced. This model is somewhere between the entry-level 9.7-inch iPad and the 11-inch iPad Pro in the lineup.
All the new iPad series supports the first-gen Apple Pencil. The new Apple Pencil that supports magnetic charging and pairing is not assisted by this new iPad.

Next, the new iPad Air is a bit cheaper than the 11-inch iPad Pro and it more look like the generation 10.5-inch iPad Pro. iPad Air has an A12 chip which is more upgraded than the previous generation which features A10X, Smart keyboard works within iPad Air.
iPad air is available in 64Gb which can costs you $499. It is also available in 256GB of storage with cellular connectivity. You can get this iPad in silver, space gray and gold.
