Samsung S10 5G

Sprint is now expanding its 5G network, therefore, Samsung S10 5G would be available on Sprint 5G network starting on June 21st with pre-orders opening today. Last Month, the company has launched its network in Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, and Kansas City, and will be coming to Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, Phoenix, and Washington, DC in the coming weeks.

Samsung 5G phone joins the LG V50 ThinQ 5G phone and HTC 5G Hub, a home hotspot, in the carrier’s 5G stable. Full coverage information is available on Sprint 5G site, unlike AT&T which has announced at the start of this week that it will begin selling the S10 5G to business customers on June 17. Sprint will also be making the S10 5G available to regular customers, but it won’t come cheap with the 256GB phone costing approximately $1,300.

Plus it needs a subscription to Sprint’s highest-tier Unlimited Premium plan, It starts at $80 per month for a single line but includes a subscription to Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Tidal. Previously, an exclusive Verizon, Samsung S10 5G features a same design just like Galaxy S10 Plus but adds extra front and rear cameras, a larger 6.7-inch display, along with the support for the next-generation 5G network.

It requires a mid-band spectrum for its 5G service as compared to the millimeter wave 5G networks currently deployed by Verizon and AT&T, compare on the Galaxy S10 5G. On the other hand, T- Mobile which is in talks to merge with Sprint. They have also announced some of their plans to carry Galaxy S10 5G. Sprint 5G network was not the first to launch in the US, neither it is targetting the gigabit download speeds that Verizon’s network is capable of.

One thing to be mentioned here, Sprint subscribers can also get limited access to Hatch, the 5G game streaming service that has over 100 available titles. Sprint has no limitations that the general public can pick up can choose the handsets from the next week.

Alongside, Samsung has also revealed a new activity tracker called the Galaxy Fit, which is now available on Samsung website for $99.99. The device will come in two colors, black or silver, and features a 0.95-inch AMOLED display, a 120mAh battery, 2MB of RAM, 32MB of storage, and pairs with phones over Bluetooth. Too, it is water-resistant and tracks heart rate.

Recently, Samsung has shifted its focus from smartwatches, the main purpose behind the Fit is to bring more robust tracking to the minimal fitness band. Moreover, it can track up to 90 exercises which include automatic detection feature, like walking, running, elliptical, cycling, rowing, and dynamic workouts.
